The former 10 and 15 wards of Bhaktapur Municipality have been merged to form the present ward no. 2. The area of this ward is 0.9618 sq. Km. According to the census of 2068BS, there are 5,282 female and 5,271 males population in this ward with a total population of 10,533. The total number of households is 2,273.
